Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 1:52 PM EDT) -- Financial Markets International Inc. on Wednesday pushed back against Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.’s bid for discovery sanctions in a suit FMI brought over a U.S. Agency for International Development subcontract, calling it “an unwarranted drain” upon the resources of the court and FMI.
