SATS Will Shell Out $87.6M For Singapore Cruise Centre

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 3:25 PM EDT) -- Singaporean airline catering and ground handling company SATS Ltd. will pay $87.6 million to purchase cruise and ferry terminal operator Singapore Cruise Centre from the nation's state-owned investment company, Temasek Holdings Pte. Ltd., SATS said Thursday.

Singapore Cruise Centre manages and operates an international cruise terminal and regional ferry terminal at Singapore's HarbourFront Centre mall and terminal complex, plus two ferry terminals in the nation's Tanah Merah and Pasir Panjang regions.
