Doughty Hanson Sells $191M Stake In HellermannTyton

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 2:46 PM EDT) -- British private equity firm Doughty Hanson & Co. announced Wednesday that it has sold a 21 percent stake in cable product manufacturer HellermannTyton Group PLC for about £119 million ($191 million), four days before its lock-up was set to expire.
