Ex-Goldman Trader Tourre Seeks New Trial

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 12:42 PM EDT) -- Former Goldman Sachs Group Inc. trader Fabrice Tourre on Monday asked a federal judge in New York to either overturn his securities fraud conviction or grant a new jury trial, arguing there is no evidence that he profited from the alleged fraud.
