DOJ Announces Arrests, Guilty Plea In $48M Medicare Fraud

Law360, Miami (September 26, 2013, 5:51 PM EDT) -- A patient recruiter for a Miami health care company pled guilty Thursday to participating in a $48 million Medicare fraud scheme, and the U.S. Department of Justice announced the arrests of five other Miami residents in connection with the case.
