Reinsurers Can't Nix Utica's Bid To Keep Hunton Attys

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 7:25 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday kept alive Utica Mutual Insurance Co.'s fight with two reinsurers over whether Hunton & Williams LLP attorneys can represent Utica in an arbitration where $1.5 million in reinsurance coverage is at stake.
