NJ Appeals Court Greenlights JCP&L Substation

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 9:39 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Thursday affirmed a decision to allow the construction of an electrical substation built by Jersey City Power & Light Co., saying the recommendations of a state preservation agency cannot override the Department of Environmental Protection’s final determination of the project’s suitability.
