Biondi Firm Was No Slacker, Says NY Court In Fee-Split Row

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 7:49 PM EDT) -- A New York appellate court on Thursday altered a fee split between two law firms who worked on a personal injury case that yielded a $3.9 million settlement, bumping the share of the $1.3 million fee allocated to the Law Offices of Lawrence P. Biondi from 5 percent to 25 percent.
