Rock Supplier's $3M Award Against Southwestern Crushed

Law360, Houston (September 26, 2013, 7:19 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Thursday tossed a $3 million award against Southwestern Energy Co., ruling that a contractor failed to prove that it had been misled about the terms of a deal to supply crushed rock to develop a natural gas well.
