Fla. High Court OKs Land-Buying Ballot Measure

Law360, Miami (September 26, 2013, 7:11 PM EDT) -- The Florida Supreme Court signed off Thursday on the language of a proposed state constitutional amendment that would dedicate part of an existing real estate tax to fund the state's land-buying conservation program, clearing the way for voters to decide on the measure.
