Bazaarvoice Bought Foe To Keep Up With Amazon, Exec Says

Law360, San Francisco (September 26, 2013, 4:13 PM EDT) -- After Inc. and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. expanded their e-commerce review offerings, Bazaarvoice Inc. snagged PowerReviews Inc. to eliminate its biggest rival in the U.S. and Europe, Bazaarvoice's co-founder testified Thursday in the U.S. Department of Justice's antitrust trial over the merger.
