Law360, Miami (September 26, 2013, 10:12 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday announced a settlement with two South Florida men and their companies on charges they defrauded hundreds of investors with a scheme purporting to sell shares in a company that developed groundbreaking technology for the National Football League.
