Online Enrollment Delayed For ACA's Small Biz Exchanges

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 3:24 PM EDT) -- The Obama administration on Thursday pushed back by one month online enrollment through the Affordable Care Act’s federally run health insurance exchanges for small businesses, while insisting no such delay would occur in the individual market that’s been more closely watched.

With only five days until the exchanges debut, the postponement seemed certain to hand fresh ammunition to Republican critics who have predicted that the exchanges will prove to be unworkable and chaotic.
