NJ High Court To Weigh UPS' $1.8M Tax Penalty Waiver

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 11:23 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Thursday agreed to hear an appeal from the state’s Division of Taxation, which seeks to overturn the abatement of $1.8 million in late payment and tax amnesty penalties assessed against UPS Co.
