Technicolor Exits Sharp's Cathode Ray Tube Price-Fix Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 2:04 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday excused Technicolor USA Inc. from Sharp Electronics Corp.'s lawsuit alleging the electronics maker participated in a wide-ranging conspiracy to fix cathode-ray tube prices, ruling Sharp failed to adequately link Technicolor to the alleged antitrust scheme.
