Calif. Physicians Ask Supreme Court To Halt Medicaid Cuts

Law360, Los Angeles (September 27, 2013, 4:08 PM EDT) -- A group representing California physicians has filed a petition asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Ninth Circuit ruling that allows the state to implement cuts to provider reimbursement rates for its Medicaid program, arguing the court improperly deferred to a federal agency.
