Former Aide To Trenton Mayor Drops Religious Bias Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 8:48 PM EDT) -- Embattled Trenton, N.J., Mayor Tony Mack has one less legal battle to face after a former aide announced Thursday that she was dropping a workplace discrimination suit filed earlier this month, citing a desire to spare the cash-strapped city the cost of a judgment.
