French Watchdog Moves To Fine Google Over Privacy Policy

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- France's data protection regulator on Friday formally moved to fine Google Inc. over privacy policy changes that allegedly violate the country's data protection laws, saying that the company has failed to meet the three-month deadline set by the regulator for resolving its concerns.
