Insurers Want Out Of Suit Over Pipeline Lost To Sinkhole

Law360, Houston (September 27, 2013, 8:19 PM EDT) -- A consortium of insurance companies told a Texas appeals court Wednesday that Crosstex Energy Services LP’s suit for tens of millions in coverage for a Louisiana pipeline rerouted around a massive sinkhole must be dismissed because the insurers filed preemptive litigation in Delaware.
