GSK Can’t Shake Antitrust Claims Of Drug Discount Abuse

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 8:49 PM EDT) -- GlaxoSmithKline LLC, nonprofit Apexus Inc. and a public health agency had their bids to dismiss a Nevada clinic's antitrust suit denied Friday, after a Nevada federal judge found the clinic had adequately alleged abuse of a federal drug-discount program.
