Diabetes Supplement Co.'s Expert 'Incoherent,' Judge Says

Law360, San Francisco (September 27, 2013, 8:03 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Friday lambasted Wellness Support Network Inc.'s expert witness in a Federal Trade Commission case accusing WSN of inflating claims about its diabetes supplements, calling the expert's report “incoherent” and “arbitrary” and indicating he would likely strike the testimony.
