French Prosecutor To Appeal Queen Mary 2 Verdict

Law360, New York (February 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Outraged by the court's decision to let eight employees off the hook on manslaughter charges, a French prosecutor has reportedly decided to appeal the ruling in a case involving a shipyard accident on the gangway of luxury ocean liner Queen Mary 2 that killed 16 people and injured more than two dozen others.
