Chevron Scuttles Repsol's Bid To Block YPF Partnership

Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 1:19 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday dismissed a suit the Spanish oil company Repsol SA filed against Chevron Corp. in an attempt to disrupt Chevron’s partnership with YPF SA — a company Repsol controlled before it was nationalized by the Argentine government — to develop shale gas in the South American nation.
