Tenn. Agency Sued Over ACA Background Checks

Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- A Tennessee voters advocacy group asked a state judge Friday to block the state from requiring individuals who provide public outreach and advice about the Affordable Care Act to undergo background checks and other tests, saying the state's rules infringe free speech rights.
