Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A Virginia company on Wednesday sued the The Archdiocese of Newark in New Jersey state court for allegedly failing to pay nearly $3 million for repairs to church and school facilities damaged by Superstorm Sandy.
