Bristol-Myers, Citigroup Hit In $27M NJ Superfund Suit

Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 9:32 PM EDT) -- Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., Citigroup Inc. and four other companies on Friday were hit with a $27 million Superfund cleanup suit in New Jersey federal court, the government's response to a judge’s refusal to add the companies to existing litigation against Pechiney Plastic Packaging Inc.
