NJ Seeks Stay Of Same-Sex Marriage Amid Appeal

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 3:32 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey judge is expected to rule next week on efforts by Gov. Chris Christie's administration to stay her decision that the state's civil union law is unconstitutional and that same-sex marriages must be permitted later this month.
