Law360, Washington (October 1, 2013, 8:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched reviews of the anti-dumping duties it placed on imports of lightweight thermal paper from China and Germany and polyethylene terephthalate film from Brazil, China and the United Arab Emirates five years ago, according to notices in Tuesday's Federal Register.
The ITC wants to investigate whether the domestic industries for those two products will suffer if the duties are removed, and it has requested comments from interested parties by Oct. 31.
