ACA Exchange Marketplace Suffers Opening-Day Glitches

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 6:09 PM EDT) -- The Affordable Care Act-mandated federal health insurance marketplace has posed technical problems for would-be enrollees in dozens of states since it went live Tuesday morning, a problem Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services officials attribute mainly to high traffic volume and minor glitches they expected in a first-of-its-kind system in the U.S.
