Pa. Justices Urged To OK Philly Archdiocese Housing Project

Law360, Philadelphia (October 1, 2013, 5:25 PM EDT) -- The Archdiocese of Philadelphia urged the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Monday to overturn a decision vacating a variance it received to convert a shuttered Catholic school into a senior housing complex after arguing that a lower court failed to give proper deference to a finding by Philadelphia's zoning board.
