Old Navy-Oldham Fight Set For January Trial

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 6:54 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Tuesday scheduled a January trial date in a case designer Todd Oldham brought against Old Navy Inc. over a botched clothing brand deal and his firing.

U.S. District Judge Denny Chin scheduled the trial between Oldham's L-7 Designs Inc. and Old Navy, a Gap Inc.-owned retailer, to begin Jan. 21. The jury trial is expected to last about a week, Judge Chin said.
