Doc Can't Revive Antitrust Suit Against Calif. Hospital

Law360, New York (October 2, 2013, 1:47 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Tuesday refused to revive an antitrust suit alleging a hospital and a group of doctors prevented all but a handful of surgeons from doing certain procedures on the premises, rejecting arguments that some witnesses were wrongly excluded at trial and that one juror was biased.
