Navy’s $100M Undersea Warfare Range Cleared By 11th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (October 1, 2013, 8:46 PM EDT) -- The Eleventh Circuit affirmed a district court’s grant of summary judgment for the U.S. Department of the Navy on Tuesday, rejecting arguments from environmental groups who challenged the Navy’s decision to install and operate a $100 million undersea warfare training range.
