Wells Fargo, NJ Firm Shake Suit Stemming From Copier Fight

Law360, Philadelphia (October 3, 2013, 5:38 PM EDT) -- Wells Fargo Financial Leasing Inc. and a New Jersey-based law firm dodged wrongful use of civil proceedings and other claims in Pennsylvania federal court on Monday, in a suit that stemmed from a squabble over a photocopier rental contract.

U.S. District Judge Juan Sanchez dismissed the complaint against Fleischer Fleischer & Suglia, two of the firm’s attorneys and the lender, finding that law firm Villari Brandes & Giannone PC failed to state a claim in the lawsuit.
