US Shrimp Group Urges CIT To Deny Duty Challenge

Law360, New York (October 2, 2013, 5:35 PM EDT) -- A coalition of U.S.-based shrimp companies Tuesday urged the U.S. Court of International Trade to throw out Hilltop International's challenge to anti-dumping duties, saying the U.S. Department of Commerce was justified in applying a high duty rate after finding Hilltop concealed information.
