Key West Voters Block Study For Cruise Ship Project

Law360, New York (October 2, 2013, 3:24 PM EDT) -- Voters in Key West, Fla., on Tuesday turned down a measure to allow the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to study whether a multimillion-dollar dredging project is feasible to allow larger cruise ships in an existing channel.
