Securities Boutique Botched Stock Deal, Appeals Court Told

Law360, New York (October 2, 2013, 8:19 PM EDT) -- A group of investors in now-bankrupt video software company KIT Digital Inc. urged a New York state appeals court Wednesday to revive their legal malpractice case against securities boutique Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, arguing that the firm didn't protect their investment as promised.
