Wash. Cardiologist Can't Beat $17M FCA Judgment

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 1:56 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge on Wednesday declined to change a $17 million judgment against a cardiologist for submitting false bills to federal and state health care programs, finding that his arguments for amending the amount were repetitive and untimely.
