Microsoft's Motorola ITC Patent Suit Revived By Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 3:26 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Thursday revived part of Microsoft Corp.'s smartphone patent suit against Google Inc.'s Motorola Mobility LLC unit at the U.S. International Trade Commission, reversing a finding that Motorola did not infringe a computer menu patent, although that patent will soon expire.
