Chinese Cos. Still Dumping Steel Pipe, Commerce Says

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 3:28 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce said Thursday that removing duties on certain circular steel pipe from China would likely lead to continued dumping of imports, moving the U.S. a step closer to maintaining an anti-dumping duty order on the goods.
