Calif. Cities Dispute FERC Cost Allocations

Law360, Washington (October 3, 2013, 6:22 PM EDT) -- Five California cities asked the D.C. Circuit on Thursday to reverse a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission decision that saddled them with the costs of relieving constraints on an electricity transmission path, saying the ruling contradicts an earlier ruling that would have made Southern California Edison Company responsible for the payments.
