New Trial Ordered In Fulcrum Energy's Fight With Ex-Worker

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 7:43 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court ordered a new trial Thursday in a battle over a fired employee's stake in Fulcrum Energy LLC, agreeing that evidence supporting a nullified $2 million award for the plaintiff was unreliable but also finding that the court shouldn't have rendered a “take nothing” judgment.
