High Court Rejects Argentina's Appeal In $1.4B Bond Fight

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 12:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday elected not to hear the Republic of Argentina's appeal of a Second Circuit ruling declaring the country must pay nearly $1.4 billion to holdout creditors suing for full repayment on defaulted bonds.
