Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 3:55 PM EDT) -- Retail holding firm Fifth & Pacific Companies Inc. said Monday it will sell its once-sizzling Juicy Couture brand to private equity-backed Authentic Brands Group LLC for $195 million, falling in step with a retail industry trend of pared-down portfolios that focus on high-potential, high-end assets.
