NY Pols Say Disseminating 'Revenge Porn' Should Be Felony

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 2:24 PM EDT) -- New York state lawmakers introduced bills Friday that would make it a felony to disseminate lewd images or sexts of another person without his or her consent — even if the images are so-called selfies, self-taken images — and the sponsor of the Senate version said he would reach across the aisle to try to get a law passed.
