High Court Rejects Luminant's Challenge To Emissions Limits

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 1:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear Luminant Generation Co. LLC's challenge to federally imposed emissions limits for starting up or shutting down power units, leaving untouched the more stringent standards the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency substituted into a Texas emissions plan.
