Justices Won't Review Revival Of EEOC Suit Against Cintas

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 8:32 PM EDT) -- Cintas Corp. will have to fight a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit accusing the company of bias against female job seekers after the U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to hear its attempted appeal of a decision that revived the lawsuit.

The high court rejected Cintas' certiorari petition asking the justices to overturn a Sixth Circuit decision reinstating the case, which accused the uniform manufacturer of discriminating against women who applied for sales jobs at the company's Michigan locations.
