High Court Snubs Gas Co.'s Siphoning Claim

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 6:14 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused on Monday to hear a case brought by Northern Natural Gas Co. claiming state courts are preempted under federal law from allowing third parties to siphon natural gas that is stored in federally regulated storage fields.
