Kirkland Eyeing Arbitration Requirement: Report

Law360, New York (February 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Kirkland & Ellis LLP, the Chicago-based law firm that has faced several discrimination lawsuits, will require all of its associates to agree to enter arbitration in pursuing future disputes with their employer, according to a memo leaked to the Web site Above the Law.

Kirkland announced its employment arbitration policy on Thursday. An internal e-mail requested that employees review the attached policy and then click a button indicating their acknowledgment by March 3.
