High Court Wants SG's Views In Medtronic Pain Pump Row

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 4:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday indicated in a single-line order that it is seeking the views of the U.S. Solicitor General in a dispute between Medtronic Inc. and a paraplegic man claiming his use of a Medtronic pain pump caused an inflammatory condition that led to his paralysis.
